Dana Ohl, M.D.
Associate Professor of Urology
Dr. Ohl is a long-time University of Michigan native, having done his
undergraduate as well as medical education at the University of Michigan.
Following surgical internship at Barnes Hospital in St. Louis, he returned
to the U. of M. for urology specialty training and remained there on the faculty.
At the end of his training, he worked closely with Dr. Carol Bennett, a pioneer in the
development of techniques for the treatment of infertility
in spinal cord injured men.
Since initially being employed as an instructor of urology at the University of
Michigan, he has advanced quickly through the ranks and currently holds the
position of Associate Professor of Urology with tenure.
Dr. Ohl's clinical interests include diagnosis and treatment of
dysfunction and male infertility ,
as well as general urology.
